Consultant: This is the first level. Here you are earning 20% Commission.
Team Leader: Once you recruit five active Consultants, and your team meets monthly targets then you can earn an additional 3-5% on the teams earning
As Totally Organised grows and so does your business we will introduce the following levels with added incentive: Team Executive and Team Director. (More detail available in the Reward Plan you will receive on joining)
